Invoice Payment Failed Message When Attempting To Close Store

Hi, 

i am trying to close my store but it keeps saying that invoice payment failed when I tried to close it down, I have removed all the third party apps so I don't know what I have to do. Please help

Hi there @mikeC11!

 

Do you see any further info on what seems to be happening to prevent invoice payment when you close your store?

Any error messages or notifications you see or any info you might have on why this payment is failing would be good to know!

 

If you just wish to close your store you can wait for the second and third attempts to clear this invoice to be made, after which point the store will be frozen for non-payment and no further billing attempts will be made.

please help , i still cannot close the store. i don't know what to do, is there a customer support where I can talk to?
