Invoice sent to customer link shows as problem loading website

Hi, a customer was supposed to pickup their order but changed to delivery.

So I edit the order to add a custom order called Shipping and proceed to send the invoice.

However when the link shows a problem loading the website.

Any idea how to fix this or how to change from pickup to delivery?
