Is anyone else experiencing issues with Amazon MCF on Shopify?

has anyone noticed that the Amazon fulfillment has quit working with no warning?  I have tried to install / use all three amazon recommended apps and have had one issue after another with each app.  Does anyone have a work around? Manually inputting the order and not having our 3000+ items quantities not updating inventory is a true headache and another full time job!  Please help

FBA Shipping by ByteStand  -error message I'm sorry, it looks like you don't have carrier calculated shipping enabled. The only way to enable this on your store is to call Shopify. If you paid for your store annually, then its free. Otherwise you can add it to your store ala carte for just $20/month.

I changed the account to paid annually and it still does not work and I can not find a single way to contact shopify as the phone number for support does not work.  

 

This is ridiculous!  Can anyone offer some information on how to get my Amazon MFC to work on shopify?

If it's just automating fulfilling Shopify orders via Amazon FBA, this solution works using the Shopify Amazon fulfillment service plugin + the app Order Automatorhttps://speedboostr.com/automate-order-fulfillment-on-shopify/#autofulfill-fba.

 

If you're looking for syncing orders from Amazon to Shopify, then Codisto is a good app for that.

Hi @JoesIdeas could you please help to connect Amazon fulfillment to our Shopify store? 
According to the instruction in the app, there's step 4 which says:
For products you want fulfilled by FBA, go to the Inventory section in the product details page (or variant details if the product has variants) and set "Inventory will be stocked at" to FBA by Order Automator
However, we don't see or have "Inventory will be stocked at" neither in Inventory section not in the product detail page.

We did authorize an Amazon account, but we did not set up any tag rules, etc. 
We went straight forward to the Auto Fulfill service in the app as that's what we need. We enabled Amazon Fulfillment too.

@TG9 if the product has variants you'll need to click through to the variants (scroll down on the product page and you'll see all the variants you can edit).

 

In Shopify, inventory management is handled at the variant level, and all variants are assigned a location where their inventory is stocked.

 

I'm going to make a note to have the instructions updated... actually we're planning on doing a full guide with screenshots soon.

@JoesIdeas there are no variants of the products

@TG9  In that case it will be on the product details page (Shopify admin > Products > select the product then it's on that page).

 

If you don't see it, send your Shopify url and the link to the product in the shopify admin to our support team and they'll send an access request to your store and investigate.
