The issue may be because they are sending payment under your business name and not your legal name that is on the account. Check those settings and please give an update.
Thats exactly what the issue is, The Business name from Shopify for ACH transfers has to match your Chime account name or it will fail. After a month Shopify still has my case file trying to sort it out.
Yeah this is my issue right now. Chime says there sending it under my business name and Shopify saying they updated to my name..
I wish they would have made it clear that they don’t support chime because this all could have been avoided
