Is it possible to get a refund from a closed webshop?

Hi me and 100+ people are scammed by a webshop that use Shopify. Now the webshop tells us that he can not pay us back because Shopify deleted his online webshop and Shopify have the money so that’s the reason that he can’t pay the people he scammed back. He tells us that he can pay us back in 120 days. Is this even possible?

Yep - Shopify is a place for scammers - purchasers have no protection. Even when reported - shopify continue to let them use the platform.
