Is it possible to speed up the transaction from shopify payments to my bank account?

Reading here it says that "The funds might not appear in your bank account right after they're sent. Banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits to your bank account."

 

Is there any solution to speed up the process deposits? For example with PayPal the deposits is instant. 

Any ideas?

To ensure that everything is set up as expected, and to get an update on your pending payout, we will need to access your account. Currently, we cannot provide account-specific support through the Community. In this case, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.' From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Community forums. I completely understand the importance of getting your payouts as quickly as possible. I'm happy to provide some clarity. 

 

Once the funds have been sent from Shopify, the bank processing times can vary as you mentioned. From our side, we're not able to speed up this process. Once the funds are marked as 'paid' the time it takes to deposit the funds depend on your bank's processing times. We transfer funds based on your pay period, but most banks only process the transfer on business days. This means that if funds were sent to you on a holiday or a weekend, then you'll probably see the money in your bank the next day your bank is open. You can learn more about this here: Payouts

For more information on processing times, it will be best to reach out to your specific bank directly. If you have any questions about that, please let me know.

Hi Luna,

 

thank you for the reply. But why is the payment status of a trial order I placed on February 17 still "Pending"? I would have expected it to be in "Paid" state.

As said, shopify payments in my store is connected with my bank account and the the payouts are scheduled for every business day. I've already submitted my document ID in order to verify the shopify payments.

 

I'm almost done with my store setup. I should launch it soon!
