Should I ship out this order? Im thinking it is fine but this one seems a little sketchy.

It's a very simple formula to counter the greed for a sale .

If you have to ask, then no.

If you cannot afford the loss, then no.

If both probably block orders from that customer from the store with an order fraud app.
