Is leagueofstore.com a scam for League merch purchases?

This Website powered by you Scammed me for around 65USD. It sells Merch for League, mostly Mousepads and Posters. 

The Order status is still on "Ordered", even tho the expected delivery date is the 30th of March 2023. The social media Accounts of said Website are dead, yet they add new Products here and there. Please Investigate this Website.

Waiting for your order to arrive nearly a month past it's expected arrival date is certainly not ideal, so I can understand why you would like for the website to be investigated. 

 

Have you tried to contact the store directly? If you haven't already, try reaching out to the store directly to ask for an update on your order or request a refund. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email or by using this contact form I found on the website you linked. Be sure to keep a record of any correspondence.

 

Reviewing the store's policies may be helpful to see if there is any information about returns or refunds that is applicable to you. If there is, follow the instructions provided to request a refund. I see they have an email address listed on that page that you can use to start a return.

 

If it has been more than 30 days since you placed the order, then it might be time to check in with your bank. If you used a credit card and you're not successful in getting a refund from the store directly, contact your bank to see if there are any refund possibilities open to you. I already sent 3 Emails to them, about the Order itself, a Refund and to ask on the Status, i also used their chat function on the website, didnt get a reply.

It seems like you've made a lot of attempts to contact the store regarding your order and refund, but have not received a response via email or their website chat function. That is certainly not ideal, so I can understand how you must be feeling.

 

Have you also tried contacting the store through social media? I noticed that they have an Instagram social link in the footer of their website - perhaps you could try sending them a message there? Many businesses monitor these channels and may be able to assist you there.

 

If it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed, then I would encourage you to report the store to us using this form here. If the store is using Shopify, the report will be sent directly to them, which may encourage a reply.

 

If all efforts to contact this store fail, you should contact your bank or credit card company to let them know what happened. Please ensure you keep a record of all the messages you've sent to the store, including date and time. This will be helpful if you need to escalate the issue further with your bank.
