Is Menalvin a scam and how can it be reported?

Menalvin is a scam. It's been months and they haven't sent anything. They also won't respond to my messages. I tried to contact Shopify support but they have not responded to me. Someone needs to shut this store down before they steal more money from people.

I ordered from Menalvin June 28 and received my order July 13. But my estimated delivery time was for July 24-27. So it came earlier than expected. They provided very good tracking through the “Shop app” website and “Ontrac app” shipping and I also tracked through “Parcels app” international tracking site. My products I ordered were over satisfactory. I’m extremely happy about my purchase and the quality is awesome. The clothes look like the pictures advertised on their site. Which was overwhelming awesome. So, no bad experience for me from them. My experience has been wonderful, amazing, and I’m excited for my next order and purchase.
