Hi Team,

 I have bought boat airpods from Musicboot online on 13 March. ORDER Supposed to be delivered within 4 days but i didn't hear from them anything. I wrote email to them on 

info.crazykitchen@gmail.com

 

I have attached online paid invoice. It looks they are running fraud. Please look into this matter seriously and suggest ho I can get my refund.

I'd like to share some info on you here to clarify what Shopify is and what it does as well as what your best next steps would be.

 

Shopify is an ecommerce software used by merchants around the world to build their own stores to sell in-person or online in a number of ways. 

 

We don't handle the shipping or orders of these independent businesses ourselves here at Shopify.

 

I'd recommend you try getting in touch with the store you ordered from for an update. 

 

If you're not sure how to contact them, you can try replying to any confirmation email they would have sent you or you can check on the store page itself for contact info you can use.

 

Should they not be engaging with you to update you on your order or to resolve this for you, I'd recommend you get in touch with the payment method you used (card provider, PayPal, etc) to let them know what has happened.

 

That said, it has only been a few days as you mentioned here, so it could just be a matter of waiting for an update or delivery of your order.

 

I hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction with the store you ordered from!

Thanks for your email.

Merchant has deleted is account and his page is not available. I am
surprised it that much easy to scam at Shopify. I am also stunned, Shopify
not taking accountability.

Hoe you can not verify the and registered merchant on your page.

Thanks for letting me know you've already tried to make contact with the store you purchased from to no avail.

 

I would next advise you to contact the payment method you used to make this order as outlined above to let them know what has happened.

 

While we're not able to confirm if a given store is using Shopify for reasons of privacy and security, I can assure you we do take the necessary steps to screen and review stores using Shopify as appropriate.

 

You can use this form to report an issue with an order you made online, and should the store in question prove to be using Shopify this report will be investigated and acted upon as necessary internally.
