Is OceanPayment a reliable payment gateway for unsupported countries?

Good Evenings ..

I have a questions about a payment method called ( OceanPayment ) it's supported by shopify but,

I have searched about it and read some reviews and it seems not very trustable service, So I just wanna know 

Has any of you used this payment gateway before ? And is it trustable and good ?

And another question to shopify team is this payment gateway ( OceanPayment ) trustable ?

NOTE : The only reason why I wanna use it is because my country isn't supported by PayPal,Stipe,Skrill , Also OceanPayment accepts individual sellers.
