I have ordered sky bags through talk-skybag.myshopify.com. In the process of ordering website didn't ask any mobile number for delivery. I have doubt about the offer whether it is really going on please clarify

Thank you for posting here in the Shopify Community, and I understand that you have some concerns about ordering from a particular store.

 

Can you confirm if you have already placed an order or looking to place one, as I was a little unsure about your message? Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don't ship or manage the stores’ inventory or orders. Each merchant's shop is an independent business, and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc.). With that said, we do not have any control over how they collect information for your purchase for example phone number or email, that would be entirely at the store's discretion.

 

If you have concerns about making a purchase, there are some things you can check before making a decision.

  • Find store contact information - most of the time, your online shopping will be straightforward, but make sure ahead of time that you know how to get help. A dedicated email address or support chat makes getting help easy.
  • Read store policies - look for a link to policies in an online store or checkout pages, and be sure to read the fine print. For international shipping, it’s a good idea to find out if you can expect to pay extra duties and taxes. If you have questions, then ask before you buy.
  • Check out securely - a safe online store checkout has security features that protect your online privacy and personal information, and offers familiar payment methods like PayPal or Shop Pay. The easiest way to recognize a secure checkout is to look for the ‘S’ in the beginning of the checkout link, as in https://. The ‘S’ stands for secure.
  • Do your research - read product reviews or use Google to search for a business, and to find out about other customer experiences. Remember, if a deal seems “too good to be true,” it probably is.

If you have any concerns about the order that you placed, then it would be best to get in touch with the seller with any questions you might have. I can see that their contact information is linked in the footer of the website.

hi my name is nishat i have order sky bags  on 8 nov 2022 my order number  Order #1017 through this site https://skybags-official-india-co-in.myshopify.com/ but after some time the website is unavailable and there is no contact detail showing not getting update regarding the order or how to track my order  please help me

Since Shopify is a multichannel commerce platform that lets a merchant start, grow, and manage a business. They can sell on the web, mobile, social media, online marketplaces, brick-and-mortar locations, and pop-up shops. Shopify has a commitment to the merchants to use our platform and to keep their private information confidential, so we would be unable to share their contact information. If you still have not received a response from the seller in a few days, you can submit a complaint to our Buyer Complaint page here.  The report will be directed straight to our dedicated team who will conduct the investigation.

 

On your side, I would suggest reaching out to your bank or card provider so that you can discuss possible refund options if you have not received your order, and it has been more than 30 days.
