Sadly your telephone service is of no use, your telephone call backs have been inaudible for the last 10 days. I have tried to speak to you at least 8 times and every single call back has a broken audie, choppy voice, which makes it impossible to communicate. Nothing wrong with my mobile phone, the problem must be the IP telephony that you use. And you don't seem to be in a hurry to remedy the issue. I would normally communicate via chat with you, but in this particular instance I really need to speak to someone about the fraudulent purchase. And you seem to be unable to make a simple old fashioned phone call to our landline, to at least try if that works. It is just utterly disappointing how your customer service has deteriorated from really excellent levels just a year or so ago. Can you pass this on to your technical directors?

We have not received any reports of our callback system having any issues. I appreciate you providing this feedback to us, and I will flag this internally with our team. Have you tried calling on a different device or network?
