Is there a plan for Shopify Payments to be available in the UAE?

Hello.

Do you know if there is a plan to have Shopify Payments in the UAE?

If I have a green card in the US and I open a company there and a business bank account and plan to ship there in a later stage, Would I be able to activate Shopify payments even if the main part of my business is in the UAE?
