Is There A Shipping Calculator Page For Shopify Discounted Rates?

Trying to manually setup rates for UPS international, want to know what the rates Shopify offers are to different countries but I cannot find a calculator.  Looks like I either have to pay a monthly fee for an app to calculate it for me at checkout (which I don't want) or I have to have an order already in the queue that requires shipping.  This seems very odd.

Is there no Shopify shipping calculator to show me the discounted rates?  Want something that gives me an option to select countries, type in my dimensions and weight and then show me the different rates, like this: https://www.pirateship.com/rates but with what the label rates are through Shopify.
