Issue processing payment during test purchasy

I created a new store on shopify and im using paypal as a payment method and when i try to test purchase with another paypal account it gives me within check out “issue processing payment try again later or use different payment method” 

i tried to deactivate my own paypal and integrate another one with the store and the same problem still there, any solution?
