Issue with an outstanding order from a shop that has been taken down

I placed an order for a music artists' merchandise on December 11th, 2023. The store was powered by Shopify. Since then, I have received zero updates regarding my order, the store website has changed to a simple "Opening soon" landing page and the attached support email returns an "Address not found" error. Shopify will not let me contact support due to the order URL not being valid.
