Issue with fulfilment

I'm using a few services for fulfilment, first is a company Ship Central and some software named Vera Code & Order desk for integration. My facebook business page & shopify see I've made a sell but the orders aren't being sent to Veracode/ Order Desk. The ship Central guy told me this

" tried to import your orders from shopify and they didn't import which means it's something with the orders. Make sure they're marked as paid and unfulfilled."

I'm unsure how to problem solve this issue to identify where the breakdown in communication or integration is, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have local delivery set up which might be the issue with my integration.
