Issue with new wisepad3

I had my wisepad3 delivered and have tried to set it up but it just stays on the 'stripe' screen, then does the firmware version. I have tried to reset using the small button on the side next to the charging socket bit just does the same thing.  Where do I contact to try and sorry out as I can't find a contact?
