Issues with Paypal not completing orders on Shopify

Hi There

We run over 75 Shopify stores for our clients and recently have been noticing an issue with Shopify and Paypal.

Customers are getting in touch with our support team because payment is being completed in Paypal, but they aren't getting an order receipt from the store.  We've verified this when they get in touch, the money is in PayPal and there's just a blank user account on the store.

Is anyone else having this issue?  It's really hard to diagnose as we don't know it's happening until someone contacts us about it and this week we've had three all on different stores.  Whilst this may not be a lot, I'm more concerned about the people who may content with their PayPal receipt who aren't getting in touch about not receiving an order confirmation from the store...
