I'm new here, first time posting. I have just installed the Sendle shipping rates / app and it seems to be working fine for orders within Australia. However, if a customer is Outside of AU, an error is throw that says "This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information." - e.g. "We don’t offer shipping to United States."
Have tried multiple locations in tests but each throws the same error, no matter the country outside of AU. Attached are the shipping configs in the settings.
Hoping someone can shed some light?
I went to my Sendle account as used the shipping cost sheet by region and entered my shipping cost in manually for overseas based on my product weights .
takes about 10 minutes
I am also having issues with this!
I don't want to do it manually because it should be automatically calculated.
Someone please help!
I beleive I have the answer. International shipping with Sendle is not very well supported yet outside of capital cities.
"Right now, the international pickup service is available to customers in parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide."
"Please note that it is not possible to use our drop off service for international parcels."

Do you have a link. I have the same problem where my suburb is not a pickup location, but 2 suburbs away it is.. I think I will need to do the same thing
