Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
It has been 5 months since the funds were deposited into the Shopify balance, but the sales proceeds have not been deposited.
Sales have been normal since December 21st of last year, but deposits are not being made to my balance.
I issued a ticket with the agent and requested several times to pay my sales amount through the agent.
But unfortunately, none of my sales proceeds have been paid.
Is this a system problem?

If you've already reached out I'd then recommend you follow up with the Support Advisor currently helping you so they can update you.
