It keeps saying it cant deliver to addresses

I am trying to finish my account but it tells me that my product cannot be delivered to addresses.

You probably need to add the product to a shipping profile. Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery and make sure that product is in a shipping profile that can be delivered to the country you are wanting to ship to.
