Item never came

Hi there

I've ordered items from the seller datsneat in July, already paid, got the receipt, but the items never came. I've tried to make contact with them 4 times, they're didn't responded. Moreover the shop is now unreachable. What to do?

I'm the same!! And all click have ended or don't go through.. all I have is a store number and shopify email.. just have to work out how to contact shopify now!!

I'm in the same situation as you. I bought last Aug 8th, 2024, and from that day, not even a single answer from them. The email in the bill is datsneatshop@gmail.com.
