Hi there

We recently converted our store from Big Commerce and all our items are showing but none are charging shipping. Everything we carry is a physical item so literally everything should charge shipping. We have thousands of items, so even doing bulk edit really bogs the computer down until it freezes. I was able to change everything from #-B by just checking "physical item" but getting past that was impossible.

I then learned I could export a .csv and was told I could just change 'variant requires shipping' to TRUE. All items have a weight, all are set to 'Variant inventory policy' deny and 'Variant fulfillment service' manual

I imported everything back in but no change.

Our site is coregamingnh.com

Thanks

Hi there, @coregaming. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your shipping situation here! My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you!

When I visited your website, and created a test cart using a United States address, I was able to see shipping rates in your checkout, meaning that I would be able to successfully check out with this product in my cart. Are you sure that all of your products are not producing shipping rates, or charging for their shipping? I had the option of two rates for shipping, both paid options, when I was testing a checkout with the 'Baseball Game Boy Original Used' product. I did noticed that no rates were generated when testing a Canadian address.

Shipping is multi-faceted, so I like to start of from the very start of setting up one's shipping to assist with troubleshoot. Have you created shipping rates in your 'Settings > Shipping and Delivery' for all of your products? I recommend double-checking, as I was able to get some rates to appear when testing. It's likely that you have rates generated for some of your products, but not all, or you don't have some of your products assigned as inventory to the location you're shipping these products from.

I recommend that you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center for some additional support with troubleshooting your shipping set-up. Our Authenticated Team can access your store (something we can't do here in the Community) and will be able to take a look into your current shipping settings and inventory assignments to determine where the cause of the shipping issue may be housed.
