Keep getting error 5270 when processing cards with 3rd party payment any suggestions

Hey ,

I am stuck trying to set up my 3rd party payment . I am using Merrco and they had shopify add it so that I can select the portal in the list of 3rd party options . I put in the info requested . BUT every time I go to process a payment I get an error . 5270 basically says my credentials are wrong . I tried calling the processed  but shopify is still new for them  . Anyone here know what I am doing wrong and how I can go about fixing it so I don’t get that error an can process transactions . 

i assume I can’t be the only one to face that error code before
