Klarna Sofortüberweisung

Hallo ihr lieben, 

ich verstehe das ganze mit der Klarna Sofortüberweisung nicht so. 
Mehrere meiner KundInnen haben via Klarna Sofort gezahlt aber die Zahlung ist noch ausstehend? 
Muss ich diese Zahlungen irgendwie autorisieren oder genehmigen?

To confirm, several of your customers have made a payment through Klarna Sofort and the payment status indicates it's Pending? 

If an order's payment status is marked as Payment Pending, editing, cancelling, or collecting payment for the order may be restricted. The payment processing by a payment provider may take several days, during which they will mark your payment status as Payment Pending to signify that they have initiated the transaction but require more time to complete it. Pending payments usually have an expiry date, typically within a week.

I found a bit more insight on pending payments through Klarna's website that I'll share below. 

If the order status still indicates Pending after 24 hours, I recommend contacting Klarna Support directly to look into the pending status.
