Limit delivery area according to product collection

Dear Shopify team,

Can you advise how I can limit shipping area depending on product?

Currently selling both ambient and frozen food products in the UK. However, I want to ship frozen food only within London.

I have created 'frozen food' collection in my shop.

I would like customer out side London not to order the products in the frozen food collection. Thanks!

I'd love to help answer your question today. You can limit shipping area by product with Shopify Shipping Profiles. 

Shipping profiles help you charge accurate shipping rates through product-based shipping rules. You can use shipping profiles to set shipping rates for specific products, and charge different amounts based on where you're shipping your products to and from. You can add products that should share shipping rates to a shipping profile, and then set up shipping zones and rates for each location that fulfills those products.

You can have this set-up in a few simple steps.

1. Create a shipping profile
2. Manage your location

That's it!

Think about informing your customers before they reach check out by creating a shipping FAQ page or enhancing your product descriptions. This way, there won't be any surprises when your customers reach check out and enter their shipping address.
