Line Items Fulfillment or Shipping Report

Hello Community,

Is there a way to run line item shipping data of product quantities shipped?  We are recording sales based on what is shipped and we need to analyze cost of goods sold in this way too.

The issues I'm running into are that partial fulfillment status for products within an order aren't showing me the actual quantity shipped.  Also, removed quantities are included in the original order product quantities.
