Local Currency shopping

Hello,

I want to display the local currency in the store - for the customer's convenience BUT process the all payments and orders in my own store currency (EUR), as conversion causes an issue with our invoices.

Is this feature available? I could not find it, as making prices available in local currency process payments in that local currecy.
