Local Pick up at a different location without inventory

Maybe this has been asked before and I appologize if it has. I've looked through a bit and have not been able to find an answer. I operate a soap company out of my home however a local retail store has agreed to allow customers to pick up thier orders at his store. Within Shopify I noticed that it wants me to set up to seperate inventories to do this. I'd rather not have seperate inventories because the soap is all coming from my house in any case and arriving at his store as a boxed order for a specific person who ordered and paid for it in shopify. How do I do this?
