Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
A customer emailed me: "product can't be shipped". And I found two more customers under abandoned checkouts and had the same problem. I had no idea this was going on. I'm losing sales because of this and I'm quite upset.
So I poked around in markets and locations and shipping and it is the most confusing interface I've ever seen. I think I have it working, maybe, but I don't know how to test it.
How do I come in as a pretend customer from Canada and order a product and see if it is possible to ship it?
Shopify is having a bug and this problem is going on since last 2 weeks and no one is helping us at shopify adviors they just chat with you and dissappear , now my orders have started to not show up in search option , i am having too many abondon checkouts happening, and shopify is not at all supportive they dont even respond on their support cases .Very poor service
Did you figure this out yet/confirm if it was a bug?
Hi, you can just send an email to yourself and say "i want to pretend to be a customer, want to play?". Then just respond with "yes" from your customer service account. Then just pretend to be a customer. Hope this helps.
