Sorry to hear your Shopify Balance account is locked.
Usually, this happens due to verification issues, suspicious activity, or compliance reviews. I’d recommend reaching out to Shopify Support directly via https://help.shopify.com — they’re the only ones who can unlock or provide details about your Balance account status.
If you've already contacted them, it's worth following up regularly — they usually respond within 24–48 hours for financial-related issues.
