Looking for a calculated shipping app that works with bpost in Europe?

I have a store in Belgium, shipping to Europe only. I've been looking for an app that lets me use calculated shipping, because prices vary A LOT within the continent, and that still let me use the Belgian post (bpost) as a carrier as well. I'm honestly not finding one, I was wondering if anyone here knew one. Currently I'm using sendcloud, who don't seem to have calculated shipping integrations for the shop, I can only pick the shipping afterwards. Does anyone know of an app that:

•  lets me have calculated shipping, based on location, on check-out
• functions within Europe
• can use multiple carriers, including bpost?
