LOOKING FOR DEVELOPERS

I have PayPal integrated as express checkout card payment option in my store.

But i am looking for a developer than can create a seamless payment option like this below;

This option offers the clients the possibility to pay with credit card, 

without implementing a third party payment system like stripe
