Hi , Hermes has confirmed they have lost my customers order over £100 order , how can I make a claim , trying to get through to someone is non existent, this is a massive loss for me so would like to claim

Sorry to hear that you experienced losing a package through that carrier service.


I had a look around online and was able to find what appears to be the Hermes info doc on submitting a claim.


That information linked me to this contact form for Hermes support where you can get help with your package.


This is the only contact route I have been able to find for support with Hermes.

Have you tried getting in touch in this way thus far?
