I'm new here. Loving Shopify. My product is The modern Woman Planner and I am working on having an easier shipping format. I have live shipping rates set up with Lulu Direct and they do the order fulfillment.
Recently, two customers wrote to me because they are not receiving updates on their order shipping. I went to the orders section and notice that some customers had tracking numbers and others didn't.
I've been trying to solve this issue. One client requested a refund because it took too long (I did a mistake in the beginning with fulfillment so it was even longer) but I'd like to have customers receive tracking info. Or is it that they aren't optin in to do so?
