Lure Shark is a nonexistent Shopify vendor

Lure Shark processed 2 orders using Shopify as the shipper. It is a fraudulent company and products are never received. My bank will reverse only 1 of 2 charges even though they were made at the same time. They suggest contacting the vendor ~ not possible   My order seemed safe with Shopify as shipper. I’m looking for suggestions on how to recover the $136 from a vendor Shopify listed as a vendor
