make change and little coding in checkout page

I need to make a change in the checkout page, I need to make the default payment method is COD, not Credit Card and 

the second thing I need to make the shipping and payment in the same page is that possible, 

Third I need a full check of y site and give me some suggestions to improve my site

To enable cash on delivery manually 

Alternatively, you also have the option to set up cash on delivery manually on your Shopify store. This might take you a little longer than using the app as it involves a series of steps.

Your footer is taking more space as it has less content.

Can create a small and good footer layout.

This collection description can be added on top of the collection. It will look more good.

Product name should be more ridable.

Add contact us button as in navigation menu. 

You can add popup. 

A popup should have some kind of informational or promotional offer that displays on top of your content, designed to capture your users' attention quickly.

Check you store with Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic.
