Make customers use specific payment option on Klarna

Hey, 

 I am writing here because I wanted to get any suggestions on making sure my Swedish customers use a specific option of Klarna. I wonder if there is a way to add text or notes somehow so that they know this option. Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. 

(The other options are from the market and I turn them off only in Sweden unfortunately)

A little background on why I'm looking for another option. after the support said that the option belove is not possible. 

We started to use Shopify markets and it's excellent!
I activated Klarna on all the markets we are able to and it's great! However, in our primary market Sweden, we already have Klarna with API and not through Shopify payments.
We want to keep Klarna API in Sweden and have Klarna through Shopify payment in the rest of the country. When I deactivate Klarna (Shopify payments) in Sweden for example, it will be deactivated from all other markets as well.

You could adjust the text displayed (in store admin -> Online Store -> Themes -> Actions -> Edit languages -> search for specific labels, e.g. the text displayed below the payment method name when a payment method is selected), but those labels don't apply to payment method names.

Again, if your shop is Shopify Plus, custom scripts could be used to do some modifications of payment methods, per:

(but currently Shopify does not allow renaming of most payment methods)

Adding text seems not to be encouraged by Shopify, but hope this helps for some ideas!
