Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
How come when I manually create an order and send an invoice, it doesn't bring up Shop Pay as a method of payment? I have it set up to allow customers to pay that way. But if I manually send an invoice, it only allows cc and paypal payments.
Hi, @dhood0913. I'm happy to help you out with this! Is this something you've noticed with every draft order? When customers use your regular online checkout is Shop Pay Installments listed as a payment option?
Shop Pay Installments should be available as a payment option when you're using draft orders. That being said, there are some Shop Pay eligibility requirements listed here that can effect whether Shop Pay Installments will be shown to customers at checkout or not. I'd recommend double checking the requirements to make sure your customer's order is eligible to use Shop Pay Installments.

Hi Erin! It is with every draft/manually entered order! This is a screen shot from an order from today which is over $400. So the order is definitely eligible. It comes up as an option if they order directly from my website; just not if I manually enter an order.
