Manually send delivery emails for unsupported Shipping Carriers

Hi Everyone
I am using manual fullfilment for my orders. Once the order is packed & shipped, i update the tracking ID along with "Shipping Carrier" as "Others". However, once it is delivered how can i manually send the delivery confirmation email to the customer?

Hello @tanmayjalan ,

 

Shopify sends delivery notifications through carriers such as USPS, UPS, Canada Post, DHL Express, and FedEx.

 

However, for unsupported carriers, it will not send notifications, and you also cannot trigger them manually.

Hey there, this is a third-party solution (so it may not be ideal for your needs right now), but you could try our shipping app Starshipit (just search for it in the Shopify app store). You can set your own carriers and then send notifications as you would for any other carrier. Hope this helps and happy to discuss more if needed. Good luck!
