Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have imported a product into DSers Ali Express and into my store. There is an "issue" that has come up saying something about making sure the product is mapped. What does this mean? And how do I check the mapping so as to make sure I can successfully fulfill a customers order, how do I check it is linked properly and will send order through to be dropshipped?

Hello!
When you import a product into DSers from AliExpress and into your store, "mapping" refers to linking the product details from AliExpress to your store's product listings. This ensures that when a customer places an order, the correct product information is sent to the supplier for dropshipping. To check and ensure proper mapping, log in to DSers, go to the product listing, and verify that all variants and details match between AliExpress and your store. If there are any discrepancies, update the mapping accordingly. Placing a test order can also help ensure that the order details are correctly passed to the supplier.
I see that you're dealing with a product mapping issue in DSers after importing an AliExpress product to your Shopify store. This happens when the imported product isn’t correctly linked between DSers, Shopify, and AliExpress, which can cause fulfillment problems. If the mapping isn’t set up right, DSers won’t recognize where to send the order when a customer purchases the item.
Product mapping ensures that the item in your Shopify store is correctly connected to the corresponding AliExpress product in DSers. This way, when an order comes in, DSers knows exactly where to source the product and send it to your customer without manual intervention.
The key thing is ensuring that the Shopify product is properly linked to the correct AliExpress supplier in DSers. If this step isn’t done, DSers won’t know where to send the order when a customer buys from your store. Once mapped correctly, everything should work smoothly.
If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.

Daisy
