Marketplace Connect Flag Zip Codes of Amazon Orders

We sell perishable items and send them to most consumers packed with dry ice. With our fulfillment vendor's distribution centers, we can reach most consumers with ground shipping. However, there are about 5,000 zip codes that ground shipping can't reach in time and need to be upgraded to air shipping. For orders coming in through Shopify, we are able to flag those orders that are going to the zip codes requiring air shipping.

However, using Marketplace Connect, we import our Amazon orders into our Shopify store where they are then send to our fulfillment vendor. As this happens via the app, we aren't able to flag any of these orders that are going to the zip codes requiring air shipments. Any ideas how to review the orders coming in from Amazon and then flag them if they match a zip code requiring air shipments before they are sent to the fulfillment vendor? Any contacts that could assist us?
