Markets - Managing payouts

At the moment I have 3 shopify stores all selling the same products in different regions. Europe, UAE and Indonesia.

Each of the regions needs a different legal entity/accounting, and therefore different bank accounts.

I would really like to have all in one store and manage them using Markets but I cannot see how to manage the payouts and Shopify seems to only allow a single bank account for payments.

I cannot be the only business to want to do this and there must be a solution but I cannot figure it out!

Any ideas?
