Media Mail

Im having an issue with people selecting Media mail at check out when I have toggled media mail off on my shipping settings. I have tried several troubleshooting things like uninstalling the whole usps system then putting it back and then taking off media mail again but still nothing.... and the chat help has been not helpful at all it 

HELP!
