Merchant Confirmation Issue

I have been trying to resolve an issue about payment verification for 4 days, but I am still facing delays. I already uploaded all my ID verification. I have Shopify account for more than 3 years.

Shopify has confirmed that the issue is on their end, yet my account remains affected.

This situation is preventing me from receiving my payouts, and I urgently need a resolution! 

I don't know what to do. It's not my fault and the chat members say that I have to wait.

I appreciate any suggestions/ support.
