Merchant shut down so i can't use regular reporting process

I placed an order with SamoBuy just over two weeks ago. I received an order confirmation, but haven't heard anything since. I sent an email inquiry a couple of days ago and received no response. Now, their website has disappeared. I would like a refund, but since they shut down their website, the link for the order receipt is dead and the regular customer service contact page won't let me send anything without a valid URL. Completely frustrated here.
