Meta Facebook Instagram Orders on Shopify Charging Shipping Labels

We recently received 2 Meta orders on our Shopify and noticed that Shopify Shipping labels were generated for each order. However, we've been using Stamps.com with our ShipStation shipping software to purchase shipping labels for years now so I did not purchase these labels. Has anyone has this trouble before with Meta orders on Shopify?

I asked Shopify support and they have not been helpful regarding this. I cannot void the Shopify shipping labels because they have tracking events for some reason although I never printed these labels out nor attached them to the customer's package.
