Mexico customer cannot find their country on shopify

Customers in Mexico cannot seem to order on my store (drop down does not contain the country.

I cannot set a shipping zone for mexico because my dropdown also does not have this country.

For my current zone setup it states there are 0 countries not covered,

but Mexico does not seem to exist 😞
